Returns & Exchanges

If the size doesn’t fit:

According to Ukrainian law, underwear and swimwear of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange. However, we are always happy to help if there was a mistake in choosing the size. Please carefully check the size chart provided on our website before placing an order to avoid any issues.

You may exchange an item if the following conditions are met:

• No signs of use (creases, stretched fabric, snags, dirt, stains, or cosmetic scents)
• The purchase receipt is provided

Exchanges are accepted within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receiving your order and payment receipt.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in cases of return or exchange.

Important: Please do not leave the parcel at the post office without arranging a proper return.

If for any reason you are unable to receive your parcel on time, please contact us in advance and inform us before the end of the 5-day free storage period.
