Delivery

Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta.
The delivery cost is determined according to Nova Poshta's official rates.

Courier delivery by Nova Poshta (prepayment or cash on delivery):
 • Your order will be delivered at a convenient time from Monday to Saturday, between 09:00 and 18:00.
 • Delivery time: 3–5 business days after placing your order.
 • The courier will contact you via the phone number provided.

Delivery to a Nova Poshta branch (prepayment or cash on delivery):
 • You can collect your order from any convenient Nova Poshta pickup location.
 • Delivery time: 3–4 business days.
 • Orders are stored free of charge at the Nova Poshta branch for 5 calendar days.
 • You will receive an SMS or phone notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Payment

You can pay for your order using one of the following methods:

Cash on delivery (at Nova Poshta branch):
Pay for your order in cash when picking it up at the Nova Poshta branch. At checkout, simply select the “Cash on delivery” payment method.

Bank card (Visa or MasterCard):
At the checkout stage, select the “Pay by card” option. After reviewing your order details, you will be redirected to a secure payment page.
Fill in your card details and click “Continue”. You will then see the payment status confirmation. All online payments are processed through a secure, encrypted connection.
